Subliminal CDs
Repetition is the key to letting subliminal recordings do their job; the positive messages are there, just hit ‘play’ and forget about it. If your CD has a silent final track, leave it on even after the audible music and/or background sounds have finished playing. If you’re using a totally (ultra) silent disc, be creative- play it in the kitchen, garage, car (not the insomnia one please), work, or just about anywhere.
Many subliminal titles are available, lots more than there are of the hypnosis flavor. Anyone can use and benefit from the subliminal recordings, while it takes a little more conscious effort to practice the self-hypnosis routine.
Working on a strong habit (such as smoking) might feel a little uncomfortable in the beginning. This is normal, and is actually a good sign. It means that you’re targeting the resistant parts of you that don’t want to quit.
Performance and skill subjects like motivation and sports CDs are equally as important to repeat often. Users who report the greatest transformations and results are the ones who are dedicated to listening often. Hang in there!
If you can set aside a daily time to relaxing for an hour or so, self-hypnosis can be very effective. After going through the motions and following the instructions the first few times, it gets to be a natural routine that refreshes, and you’ll look forward to these sessions.
Hypnosis Audio (we do not sell it but we have advice)
Don’t lie flat on the bed and listen to hypnosis audio, because you’ll probably just fall asleep. A comfortable sitting or leaning back position as in a recliner is ideal. When finished, or if you get interrupted, it’s important to deliberately bring yourself back to a wide awake state each time. Otherwise you could end up walking around in a sort of daze which is actually a hypnotic state.
Finally, thanks again for your purchase, good luck, and we hope you find our audio helpful. We welcome feedback, value our customers and hope to be an increasingly significant positive force in our respective communities.
plan your attack.
Change is tough. Especially when you’re taking on a brutal opponent- your own subconscious mind. Plus, you’re at a disadvantage if the target is deeply rooted within. So, you need a detailed plan to win the battle.
attack your plan.
Take a deep breath. The war is about to begin. It never actually takes the exact shape we imagine, so flexibility is critical. The weapons we choose might need to be altered, or time management tweaked. Most importantly, don’t give in. Never, ever give up, not totally. Battles can be lost, but that doesn’t have to spell victory for the opponent.
